Do you offer customization ?

We have both customized or non-customized products.  You may find customized products under customization section.

More, we may tailor our designs for other products!  For example, if you like the graphics on a T-shirt but prefer the design on tote bag.  We may adapt the design for you!

About International Purchase

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries, excluding European Countries, South America and Mexico. Please be aware that customs duties and import taxes are not collected at the time of purchase, and it is advisable to check your country's regulations regarding these charges.

How much is the shipping cost?

Each order’s shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. The shipping fee will be $3.99-9.99 in general, depends on each product and country. You can review the options and shipping cost before completing your purchase. 

 

About Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Generally, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately. However, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to assist you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our  sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.   

How do I choose the right size for my apparel?

To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking our size chart before placing your order. Each product has specific measurements that can help you select the appropriate size. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate exchanges for sizing issues after the item has been produced.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Note that tracking is not available for backpacks.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@furevermama.com with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.


What is your refund policy?

We have a 28-day return policy. If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product, you may request a return for a replacement or refund. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Customized and sale items are non-refundable.  You may refer to our refund and replacement policy for details.
