1. Find your favorite T-shirt at home that fits you well.
2. Lay it down and flat.
3. Measure the width about 2 inches under the armpit.
4. Then measure the length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem of your shirt.
5. Compare your measurement with the size chart to find the best fit.
